テーマ：「多様性と平等がひらく未来」

ステートメント

多様な生き方を尊重し、あらゆる法の下の平等を実現すること。

それは、誰もが自分らしく生きられる社会の土台です。

けれども現実には、平等の輪の外に置かれ、望む生き方を選べない人たちがいます。

その象徴が、愛する人と法の下で家族になるために声を上げた人たち。

婚姻の平等の実現は、すべての人が自分らしく生きられる社会への確かな一歩であり、

その歩みは、さらなる法整備や課題の解決へとつながっていきます。

無理解や偏見を乗り越え、互いを尊重し、

誰もが誇りを持って自分らしく生きられる未来へ。

Theme “Equal rights today. A freer, fairer tomorrow.”

Statement

All people shall be respected as individuals.

Everyone shall be equal under the law, with no discrimination in any part of life.

These are not ideals for the future —

They are the rights guaranteed to us today under the Constitution of Japan.

Yet still, some are denied those rights.

Their love and their lives are left outside the law’s promise of equality.

Marriage equality is one vital step toward life with dignity,

This progress leads to a society where respect, freedom, and fairness

are truly shared by all.

When we choose respect over ignorance and understanding over prejudice,

we move toward a future where everyone lives with pride.

Guidelines for Sponsors (English Below)

2026年のテーマとステートメントを踏まえ、本イベントを共に創り上げていくために、協賛いただく企業・団体の皆さまにいくつかのお願い事項を設けています。以下をご確認のうえ、ご賛同いただけますようお願いいたします。

アドボカシー宣言

昨年度より弊団体はこれまでの協賛条件に加え、以下5点の内容にご賛同いただくことを協賛の必須条件といたしました。

ご協賛をご検討いただいている企業・団体の皆さまは、あらかじめ貴社内・貴団体内で内容をご確認いただき、5つの方針にご賛同の上お申し込みいただくようお願いいたします。

1. 全ての命と人権を尊重します。
2. あらゆる暴力に反対し、許容しません。
3. 環境に配慮し、持続可能な社会の実現に貢献します。
4. 職場及び事業のすべての領域において、LGBTQ+の従業員をはじめとする、すべての従業員を平等に扱い、差別やハラスメントをなくします。
5. 本方針への賛同が、社内だけでなく社会の改革を促すことを意識し、行動します。 </aside>

LGBTQ+コミュニティのためのイベントにするために

このイベントは、LGBTQ+コミュニティが安心して参加でき、エンパワーメントにつながる場であることを大切にしています。

そのため、ブース出展を行う際は、以下の点を意識しながら企画を検討いただければ幸いです：

Based on the 2026 theme and statement, we have outlined several key requests for sponsoring companies and organizations to help us create this event together.

Please review the following points and confirm your support before applying for sponsorship.

Advocacy Statement

Since last year, TRP has made agreement with the following five principles a mandatory condition for sponsorship, in addition to our existing requirements.

We kindly ask all potential sponsoring companies and organizations to review these principles within your teams, and to confirm your agreement before applying.

1. We respect the dignity and human rights of all people.
2. We firmly oppose and do not tolerate any form of violence.
3. We act responsibly to protect the environment and promote a sustainable society.
4. In all areas of our operations and activities, we ensure equal treatment for everyone—including LGBTQ+ people—and proactively work to eliminate any types of discrimination and harassment.
5. We acknowledge our responsibility to lead by example, promoting the values of this policy both within our organization and throughout society. </aside>

To Create an Event that truly serves the LGBTQ+ Community

This event is intended to be a safe and empowering space for LGBTQ+ communities.

When planning booth exhibits, we kindly ask you to keep the following points in mind:

• Have the voices of LGBTQ+ community members been reflected from the planning stage?
• Does the content go beyond mere sales or PR to make a meaningful contribution to the LGBTQ+ community?

Code of Conduct for All TRP Events (English Below)

特定非営利活動法人東京レインボープライド（以下、TRP）は、多様な性のあり方を前提とし、誰もが「らしく、たのしく、ほこらしく」生きられるHappy！な社会の実現をめざしています。TRPが主催するイベントやカンファレンスには、さまざまな方が参加されます。

法律上の性別、性自認（性同一性）、性的指向、性別表現、年齢、人種、国籍、宗教、出身地、障害の有無、そのほかの特徴や属性などに関わらず、誰もが安心して楽しめるイベントとなるよう、ご協力をお願いします。

TRPは、いかなる差別もない平等で公正な社会を、皆さまと一緒に作り上げていきたいと考えています。

偏見や無理解によって意図せず誰かを傷つけてしまうことがないよう、参加にあたっては、以下の「お願い」を必ずご確認ください。

Tokyo Rainbow Pride (TRP), a nonprofit organization, envisions a happy society where everyone can live proudly, joyfully, and authentically, with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities fully respected.

Our events and initiatives bring together people from many different backgrounds.

Regardless of one’s legal gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, race, nationality, religion, place of origin, disability, or any other characteristic, we ask for your support in making TRP a safe and welcoming space for all.

Together, we hope to build an equal and fair society free from discrimination.
